In-Person and Online Classes
My Online Classes are every other Saturday at 8:30-9:30 am Pacific, plus a third Saturday class each month dedicated to more advanced exercises.
My In-Person Classes are Fridays 9:30-10:30 am Pacific at Almaden Yoga in San Jose, CA, www.almadenyoga.com.
As I teach Qi Gong out of passion not for income, for my Online Classes I only charge a token amount of $20/monthly subscription, payable by PayPal or Zelle (leonard.h.shen@gmail.com); Venmo (@leonard-shen); or personal check to Leonard Shen, 212 Creekside Village Drive, Los Gatos, CA 95032
The $20 monthly subscription gives you access to 3 live online classes a month, plus an archive of recordings of the past year of classes in the password protected Members Area of this website.

100% of net class proceeds will be donated to a 40-year old 501(c)(3) charity, www.thefamilytree.org, which provides homeless shelter, domestic violence and child abuse services to thousands of people each year in the Denver, Colorado area.
